I had already copied my whole comment as a feedback in taskade. Also listing the recently/frequently used destinations in the pop-up before the user has typed in any search query will help too. If it's was something like Quick Search you will be able to move it quickly and easily. Right now you need to use the mouse and have to navigate to your destination by clicking through the workspaces and subspaces. Where user without leaving the keyboard can type in the destination project and select the one you need using arow keys and enter. Maybe CMD/CTRL + Shift + M can open the "move popup menu". So when you press the shortcut keys a popup comes up from which you can select the destination and whatever item/line you were on when you pressed the shortcut keys will be moved to the destination you selected.
